CTAG
Sub-Project Type: 2
Sub-projects for validation and/or testing of EFPF platform and services in digital manufacturing domains
This sub-project called PREMAR “Monitoring, Analytics and Predictive Maintenance of Machinery in CABOMAR” aims to prevent machinery failures in the fish processing industry. Refrigeration and fish-seafood manufacturing is a harsh environment: humidity and aggressive water is everywhere, and machinery suffers of high rates of unexpected failures, disturbing production and causing great losses.
As solution, CABOMAR and CTAG will integrate EFPF in the line, validating the tools and sharing learned lessons with the community.
CTAG and CABOMAR will integrate the EFPF tools for the prevention of existing failures in the chosen machinery and improve the reliability of these machines in their manufacturing environment.
Validation and testing of EFPF tools for integration and interoperability will be performed. This involves the integration of EFPF, especially in terms of the data spine. EFPF will be integrated to interface with 2 CABOMAR machines.
Once this is done, validation and testing of EFPF tools will performed: factory connector (monitoring), real time anomaly detection (data analysis) and predictive maintenance. These 3 tools will be tested on 2 machines during 3 iterations.
As a dissemination measure of the project results, at least 4 events will be used to disseminate the results, 1 organized by the consortium.
